Notary Public

Updated: 11/21/23 - Sorry for the inconvenience, but we no longer have a notary on staff. Please visit your bank or credit union as most have a notary for their members.

Notaries Public are available at the Village Office. The Village provides this service free for Village residents. All others are charged $2 for each execution.

Every Notary Public duly qualified is authorized and empowered within and throughout the State to administer oaths and affirmations, to take affidavits, and to receive and certify acknowledgments.

For the executions of these services individuals must appear in person and provide proof of identification.
